We recently upgraded our software for managing the website but have encountered a technical problem, as yet unresolved, that prohibits a total separation of the English and French sections of the site. All the articles are still posted and available in both French and English, but they are intermingled. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are trying to resolve this problem.
