Sulpician Cardinal Marc OUELLET, p.s.s., Prefect of the Congregation for Bishops, has been named by Pope Benedict XVI to represent him at the opening of the pilgrimage in Trier, Germany, on April 13, 2012 to celebrate the five hundredth anniversary of the display of Christ’s seamless garment, the Trier Cathedral’s most precious relic.
